After finishing up in Sydney I traveled south by train to Wollongong where I stayed with a very kind and caring family. Julie opened her house to me and toured me around the city. I had a great time hanging out with her kids, Zac, Emma, and Tamika, and the two French women that were couch surfing at the same point I was.

Julie and the family dog, named dog. They got him from the pound and he was already named.
Julie took me and the twins, Zac and Emma, to the largest Bhudist temple in the southern hemisphere. What a beautiful place! Zac and I wondered off and enjoyed ourselves a little to much.

I've always had the ability to really impersonate people.

They also have three chickens that live in their backyard and produce lots of delicious eggs! This one is Junior.
Julie was nice enough to invite me and the French girls to TWO BBQs while we were in Wollongong. Very fun and interesting. We got to just hang out and talk to a lot of different Australians. After a couple of drinks I had enough nerve to ask to borrow a surf board I found in the garage. It was meant for a twelve year old and could not support our weight but we still had a blast trying out our surfing skills!
Catching a wave!
Emma invited me to come slip and sliding with her, obviously we had a blast!
I organized and purchased a hang gliding ticket and was suppose to jump off this cliff, but the winds never picked up and I had to cancel. Bummer!
I had an amazing time in Wollongong thanks to Julie and her family. Thanks again guys!
From here I headed back to Sydney to catch a 10 hour train to Melbourne to fly to Tasmania!
